Join us on Thursday, May 26 @ 2:40 pm - 3:40 pm ET for our Plenary Discussion
Supporting learners through collaboration and digital credentials
MyCreds is a not-for-profit shared service that provides learners with a digital wallet, allowing them to access and share their official documents worldwide, securely, and seamlessly. The University of Regina (an early adopter) successfully implemented MyCreds for continuing education micro-credentials and successfully managed a cross-departmental collaboration on campus.
This plenary session will show conference participants how the University of Regina and other schools in Canada are working collaboratively with their university registrars and IT departments to provide official documents, micro-credentials, and badges using MyCreds.
The panelists will also share their perspectives on the disruptions occurring in Canadian higher education and help participants consider new ways to work together to support learner access to educational opportunities and jobs within the full spectrum of learning experiences.
