Promoting Engagement in your Remote Delivery Course

Part two of the two part series Moving your Courses to Remote Delivery

Moving your Courses to Remote Delivery

Part Two of a Two Part Series

As we all prepare for what will be a very different Fall term, challenges are all around.  Many institutions are struggling to put together a cohesive alternative to in-class instruction that will help them serve their learners and communities...in just a couple of months! Where do we start?  How do we take advantage of our current technology to connect with our learners, share our content, and assess their work?  Even more importantly, how do we support our teaching staff to help them foster engagement in an online setting?

Session 2 – Promoting Engagement in your Remote Delivery Course

This second webinar in the two part series will identify key elements and best practices for front-end delivery of courses. Participants will learn how to apply a series of tactics to create interaction and engagement. It will also discuss strategies to vary the type of interaction with the learners, including the use of ice breakers, break out rooms, feedback, and chats.
