A recipe for program quality

A Recipe for Program Quality

This webinar compares the art of cooking to the process of building a high-quality continuing education course, making learning both fun and engaging.

Quality programs are at the heart of what continuing education units work to provide, but ensuring your program is meeting the mark goes beyond the results of the standard course evaluation. Producing and managing quality programming is like cooking a fine dish.  Quality begins with your ingredients and ends with a well-presented, good-tasting experience. And with each iteration, the recipe can be improved. Factors that affect quality are not isolated to the content and instructor performance, but could extend to experiences such as customer service, technology, and long-term value of the acquired skills. Join us for an overview of how to think about program quality from the design stage through delivery and follow up. What factors can we control? How do we mitigate those we cannot? How do we engage in continuous improvement of our programming?  We will think about the perceived tensions between cost and quality  and help you put together some core metrics to keep in mind.
