Everything you need to know for your presentation at CAUCE 2026.


Congratulations!

You have been selected to present at CAUCE 2026.

Next steps:

  1. Register for the conference before March 23, 2026 to receive the best rate!
  2. Book your hotel and flight before April 10, 2026.
  3. Update your speaker profile in Pheedloop after you register for the conference (please allow 48 hours for your profile to be added):
    • Upload a profile picture as a high resolution .png or .jpg.
    • Confirm your presentation time.
    • Confirm your presentation description is accurate.
    • Confirm your biography.
  4. Review the presenter guidelines document (still to come).

Presentation guidelines

  • A CAUCE moderator will facilitate your presentation.
  • The moderate will facilitate the Q&A session following your presentation
  • Presentation times (45 or 60 minutes) will include the Q&A.
  • Please review our presenter guidelines document.

All presenters are required to register, pay the conference fee, and present in-person at CAUCE 2026. We do not have the capacity to office virtual presentations.

Get ready to present

Room Equipment:

  • Each room is equipped with a projector, screen, and speakers.
  • Please be advised that laptop computers will not be supplied. Presenters are required to bring their own devices.
  • HDMI cables will be provided.
  • There is a limited number of USB-C to HDMI adapters available.
  • Presenters are strongly encouraged to bring their own adapters, regardless of device type.

Presentation Files:

  • Save and bring your presentation on a USB drive and your laptop.
  • Internet speed can never be guaranteed at conference venues, so please download any videos you intend to show to your laptop instead of streaming them.
  • Video Files – Do not embed videos into your PowerPoint presentation. Keep them as separate files. 
  • PowerPoint (PPTX):
    • PowerPoint is our preferred choice for your CAUCE 2025 proposal. Download the CAUCE 2026 PPT to begin.

Additional Items:

  • Bring any additional items you may need for your presentation (e.g., post-it notes, poster board, colored markers), as these will not be provided.

Share your presentation

To ensure a smooth conference program and session delivery, please submit your PDF file to info@cauce-aepuc.ca by May 8, 2026. With your permission, your slides will be added to Pheedloop after your presentation.

Please use the following naming convention when saving your PowerPoint:
LastName_FirstName_ PresentationTitle  (e.g. Smith_John_My Presentation Title)

You can also choose to upload a PDF version of your presentation to Pheedloop after your session. Need help? Reach us at info@cauce-aepuc.ca.

Accountability Statement for Presentations

We are excited to invite you to contribute to our conference and want to ensure that your presentation delivers the value and insights promised in your proposal. To maintain the highest standards and provide a rewarding experience for all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Content Alignment: Your presentation should align with the proposal submitted. The use of generative AI to refine your proposal is acceptable, but the final presentation should accurately reflect the approved description.
  • Consistency: If there are any changes to your presentation after acceptance, you must resubmit the updated version for review. This ensures that all descriptions remain accurate, and attendees receive the content they expect.
  • Accuracy: Ensure that your presentation content matches the description provided in your proposal. This helps maintain the credibility and reliability of our conference program.

By following these guidelines, we can collectively ensure a consistent, engaging, and valuable experience for all participants. Thank you for your commitment to excellence!

The Program Planning Committee will not be evaluating individual concurrent sessions. If you would like your session evaluated, you may bring along copies of the following template for your personal use or provide your own evaluation form.
