Reporting to the Associate Director, Programming, the Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, coordination, and administration of all Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) programs. The incumbent liaises with internal and external partners, supports registration and records processes, and contributes to initiatives that strengthen PCS program offerings and enhance Brock’s reputation as a leader in lifelong learning.
The Program Coordinator provides program coordination, student advising, admissions support, and quality assurance functions. Acting as a key resource for leadership, instructors, and learners, the incumbent ensures smooth program operations, consistent application of policies and procedures, and continuous improvement across all PCS activities.
