Every higher education institution is striving to gain organization-wide awareness about the learning needs of their students and identifying opportunities that enable sustained success.

In this webinar, colleagues from Centre for Extended Learning & Professional Development, University of Waterloo and The Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University, will share evidence-based approaches about ways to identify target students and their most prominent needs, as well as provide some concrete examples of how to attract new online students and support existing learners.

Engaging all key stakeholders in the research process and establishing a common understanding across academic areas is a key factor for aligning new initiatives/offerings with student needs. This webinar will help illuminate new ways in which continuing education can support learners in a meaningful way.
