DIAL AND DISCUSS: Using Surveys to Maximize Strategic Planning Maximize your strategic planning by including effective and measurable surveys to collect market intelligence. Creating surveys is easy, once you know the do's and don'ts of survey development. Learn the pitfalls to avoid, and the techniques and types of questions to use to discover what your customers think about you and your programming, what they want to learn and how they want to learn, or how they want to be treated as a customer. Surveys help measure program success and gather knowledge that will impact your strategic plan. This interactive session will include a sample survey and case studies to demonstrate what works, and what doesn't in survey development. It's targeted to beginners who want to start using surveys as part of their marketing mix, and will provide experienced surveyors an opportunity to share ideas and learn what is working for other CE units in Canada.
