Annual Deans and Directors Meeting

The 2012 meeting was a sucess again this year.  The meeting notes will be distributed by the end of March.

REGISTRATION
As the Dean or Director of a member institution, you and your associate Dean or Director are invited to attend (maximum 2 representatives/institution). 

Fees
$485/person (on or before January 31)
$510/person (after January 31)

Please complete a registration form and return it to the Secretariat before January 31, 2012.

This year we will be having an optional ESL meeting the afternoon of February 24th, facilitated by David Parkinson, University of Saskatchewan Language Centre. This meeting will be to discuss issues arising out of English as a Subsequent Language programs. David will be communicating with you early in the new year to get feedback on your preferred structure for this session and to confirm your participation.

Refunds will only be given if received by Thursday, February 9th.

The cut-off date for reservations is 5:00 pm (EST) January 28, 2012, but we would appreciate you book your room prior to December 20th if possible so that we are able to make important attrition decisions. That being said, CAUCE has committed to confirming a certain number of blocked rooms for this event so we respectfully ask that you please enjoy your stay at The Sutton Place Hotel to ensure that we do not incur any attrition costs.

INSTITUTIONAL REPORTS
As in previous years, a major deliverable of the meeting is a compendium of reports of activities and issues of CAUCE institutional members. Please download the reporting template. You will notice that the template is very similar to the 2010 and 2011 versions.  In order to produce this compendium in a PDF format and email it to all registrants beforehand we will need a report from your institution no later than January 31, 2012.
